What is the difference between a free inspection and a paid tune-up?
The free inspection is a walk plus photo report plus written recommendations. The tune-up packages add penetration sealing on top of that. If you want both an honest assessment and the seal-up work, the tune-up is better value.
How long does an inspection take?
60 to 90 minutes on average. Larger or tile roofs can stretch longer. We give you a verbal walkthrough at the end either way.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
No. The crew works on the roof, not in the house. Most homeowners want to be there for the verbal walkthrough at the end, but we are happy to call you with the findings if you cannot.
Will you try to sell me a new roof during the inspection?
No. We give you the facts in plain language and tell you the honest condition. If the roof is fine we tell you that and the inspection is the only thing you pay. If work is needed we quote it separately with no pressure.
