Residential Roofing
Full residential roofing for Arizona homes. Shingle, tile, flat, and metal systems specced for desert sun and monsoon storms.
Overview
A roof inspection is the cheapest insurance policy you can buy for one of the most expensive parts of your home. We do them every day, and they cost less than a single repair if a problem is caught early.
We provide a written report with photos of every area we inspect, a clear list of any problems found, and a no-pressure recommendation for what to do next. If nothing is wrong, we tell you that. If something needs work, we explain how urgent it is and what your options are.

Our Process
Phone or form. We confirm a time that works and send a text reminder the morning of.
60 to 90 minutes on the roof. We photograph every section, flashing, and penetration.
Written report with every photo, severity ratings on anything flagged, plain-language explanations.
In person or over the phone. We tell you what is urgent, what can wait, and what you can ignore.
If the roof is fine, the inspection is the only thing you pay. If work is needed we quote it separately with no follow-up calls.
Common Questions
The free inspection is a walk plus photo report plus written recommendations. The tune-up packages add penetration sealing on top of that. If you want both an honest assessment and the seal-up work, the tune-up is better value.
60 to 90 minutes on average. Larger or tile roofs can stretch longer. We give you a verbal walkthrough at the end either way.
No. The crew works on the roof, not in the house. Most homeowners want to be there for the verbal walkthrough at the end, but we are happy to call you with the findings if you cannot.
No. We give you the facts in plain language and tell you the honest condition. If the roof is fine we tell you that and the inspection is the only thing you pay. If work is needed we quote it separately with no pressure.
