How long does a typical roof repair take?
Most repairs are done same-day with one to four hours on site. Complex leaks (skylights, chimney flashings) can stretch to a half day. We give you the time estimate before we start.
Will you give me a flat price upfront?
Yes always. We quote a flat rate per repair, never per hour. The quote stands unless we find unexpected damage, in which case we stop and call you before charging anything extra.
Will a repair void my existing warranty?
Depends on the warranty terms. If you have an active manufacturer or workmanship warranty from another roofer, we will check first and confirm before doing the work. We do not want you to lose coverage.
What if you find more damage during the repair?
We stop, photograph the new finding, and call you. No extra charges go on the bill without your written approval first. This is non-negotiable.
