Residential Roofing
Full residential roofing for Arizona homes. Shingle, tile, flat, and metal systems specced for desert sun and monsoon storms.
Overview
Tile is the longest-lived roofing system in the Arizona desert. Done right, a tile roof outlasts the homeowner. Done wrong, it leaks at every valley and lets the underlayment fail in five years. The difference is the install, not the tile.
We do barrel tile, flat profile, and concrete tile work. Every job includes a full underlayment replacement, valley metal upgrade, and flashing redo. We do not just lay new tile over old underlayment and call it a re-roof.

Common Questions
No. We always tear off down to the deck. The tile itself usually outlives the underlayment, so a tile re-roof is really an underlayment redo. Skipping that step means the new roof leaks within a few years.
On-site sample of your existing tile, then we contact multiple tile suppliers. If your profile is discontinued we either find a compatible alternative or recommend a partial colour blend across the roof so the match is intentional, not patchwork.
The tile itself: 50 years plus. Concrete is slightly shorter than clay. The underlayment under the tile fails first, typically 20 to 25 years in the Arizona sun. A tile tune-up extends both.
Clay is more premium, longer-lasting, and lighter looking. Concrete is more affordable, structurally heavier (your house has to be specced for it), and easier to colour-match for HOA approval. Both work in the Arizona desert.
