Residential Roofing
Full residential roofing for Arizona homes. Shingle, tile, flat, and metal systems specced for desert sun and monsoon storms.
Overview
After a storm, the first call should be to a roofer who can actually document the damage. Not just say "looks bad up there." We inspect, photograph every problem area, write the damage report, and give you a written estimate.
If the damage qualifies for an insurance claim, we walk you through what to submit and how to submit it. We will meet your adjuster on the roof if you want us there. We do not file the claim for you, but we make sure the documentation you submit is accurate and complete.

Our Process
Same-day or next-day tarp coverage for active leaks. Up to 100 sq ft for the flat $500 emergency rate.
Full photographic survey of the damage, written damage report suitable for insurance.
Optional, free of charge. We meet your insurance adjuster on the roof and walk the damage with them.
Written estimate for the permanent repair once your claim status is clear.
Full repair or replacement once the claim is approved. Photo documentation throughout, workmanship warranty in writing.
Common Questions
Call us first. Photo-documented damage from a roofer carries more weight in an insurance claim than a homeowner photo. We can document the damage and write the assessment in a format your adjuster will recognise.
Yes, free of charge. Adjusters often miss damage from the ground and we can point it out on the roof. We are not the adjuster, but we are an extra set of eyes for you.
Same-day or next-day for active leaks. Our Emergency Tarp offer covers up to 100 square feet for a flat $500. After tarping we quote the permanent repair separately.
No, that has to come from you as the policyholder. But we provide everything you need to file confidently: photos, damage report, and the proposed repair scope.
