By using the Site, requesting an estimate or inspection, or otherwise communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Camelback and our services
Camelback Roofing is a family-owned residential and commercial roofing company serving the Tucson and Phoenix-Scottsdale metro areas, with offices in Tucson and Scottsdale, Arizona. We provide tile roofing, flat roofing and coatings, roof replacement and repair, storm damage restoration, roof inspections, commercial roofing, exterior painting, and HVAC service. Arizona ROC License #295244.
2. The Site is informational
The content on the Site is provided for general information about Camelback and our services. It does not constitute a quote, a binding offer, a warranty, or professional, legal, or insurance advice. Service descriptions, pricing references, and timelines on the Site are general and may change without notice.
3. Inspections, estimates, and quotes
We offer free roof assessments and written estimates. Any inspection findings or estimates we provide are based on the conditions observed at the time and are not a guarantee of final scope or price. An estimate does not become a binding agreement until it is set out in a written contract signed by both you and Camelback.
4. The signed contract controls
Any work Camelback performs for you is governed by a separate written service agreement or contract signed by you and Camelback. That signed agreement controls the scope, price, materials, schedule, warranties, and payment terms for your project. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.
5. Scheduling, weather, and access
Roofing and exterior work depends on weather and site conditions, including Arizona monsoon and extreme heat. We may need to reschedule for safety or quality reasons. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area and to identify any known hazards, easements, or property-line concerns before work begins.
6. Pricing, payment, and financing
Final pricing and payment terms are set out in your signed contract. Where financing is offered, it is provided through a third-party lender and is underwritten and approved by that lender, not by Camelback, subject to the lender's own terms, rates, and privacy policy. Camelback does not make credit decisions and does not guarantee approval.
7. Insurance-claim and storm-damage assistance
For storm and damage work, Camelback can help you document damage and communicate with your insurance carrier when you ask us to. We are not an insurance company, a public adjuster, or your legal representative, and we do not provide legal or insurance advice. You are responsible for your own policy, your claim, and any decisions about it. We do not guarantee that any claim will be approved or that any particular amount will be paid. You agree that we will work within all applicable laws governing contractors and insurance claims.
8. Warranties
Workmanship and material warranties, if any, are described in your signed contract and in the applicable manufacturer warranty documents. Nothing on the Site creates a warranty. Except as expressly stated in your signed contract or a written manufacturer warranty, Camelback makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or its content.
9. Reviews, testimonials, and submissions
Any reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content you submit to us or post about us may be used by Camelback for marketing and promotional purposes. You confirm that anything you submit is truthful, is yours to share, and does not violate anyone else's rights. Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing.
10. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, are owned by Camelback or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
11. Acceptable use

17. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the changes on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Camelback regarding the Site. They do not replace your signed service contract, which governs your project.
